  • Deals Terms and Conditions

    • Please contact us at (916) 520-4512 if you have any questions regarding our deals or how to claim them.
    • Deals and promo item selection varies and is subject to availability. 
    • Day by day deals can only be used on the day that they correspond with, meaning, code MONDAY can only be used on Mondays, TUESDAY on Tuesdays, etc. and cannot be combined with pre-order discount
    • Limit one per order on deals and promo items unless stated otherwise
    • Order must meet the $45  Sacramento local minimum (or order minimum for your area) after deals and discounts are applied. $2 fuel surcharge is added to your total after minimum is reached.
    • Weekly discounts cannot be combined with first time customer discount.
    • Loyalty points cannot be used with deals unless stated otherwise.
    • To claim a deal you must enter the code into the order notes, or mention the deal when placing an order via phone call/text.
    • Cart will not reflect the new total when using deal/promo codes.
    • Dispatch will reach out with a corrected total only if the deal requirements are met.
    • If an order does not contain the correct qualifying items or code, the order will be processed as received without the discount or promo item(s).
    • Menu pricing includes all taxes (excise tax and sales tax).
    • Orders cannot exceed recreational and medical legal limits.
  • What are your business hours?

    Our hours of operation run from 10 AM to 8 PM. Be sure to order by 7:30 PM to get guaranteed same day delivery. New members are advised to order prior to 7pm.

  • What is your delivery minimum?

    Our delivery minimum is $45 for most areas.

    $70 minimum for Folsom, Woodland, Loomis, and Davis. $100 minimum for: El Dorado Hills. If you aren't sure if we deliver to your area or your order minimum please reach out to us and we would be happy to help. 

  • Do the prices listed on menu include tax?

    All our listed item prices include tax. The price listed is exactly what you will pay (with the addition of the $2 fuel surcharge one time per order).

  • What are your average wait times?

    Our average wait times are between 45-150minutes. The wait time varies based upon your location, road conditions, and order volume. Our dispatchers and drivers will do their best to keep you informed of ETAs.

  • What payments do you accept?

    CASH - We will always accept cash! If you are able to provide exact change, especially during the current change shortage, that is fantastic! We are able to provide change if not. Please notifiy us via text or in your order notes if you only have a large bill available to pay with.


    DEBIT - We accept debit cards via BlazePay for a $4 fee (most cards work, however, Safe Credit Union cards may not). This transaction is completed at the door with a debit card terminal.


    ACH/Bank Direct - We have 2 ACH options, Stronghold and Paytender, both $2.50 fees. Both programs work simply by you providing them with some basic information via a secure website. Once that is complete, you authorize the transaction amount (and tip if you'd like) with a single click and your order is paid for!

     

    Stronghold is a payment method that allows you to "Pay Online" at the time of checkout. The transaction is pre-authorized and your account is NOT charged until you receive your product, when the driver completes your order.


    Paytender is a pay-ahead service that allows you to link  your bank account to make easy one click payment authorization via your phone. There is no app needed...we will send you a text message with a "pay ahead request" from Paytender...if you've used the service before, you simply authorize the payment; if you have yet to use the service, you sign up and link you bank account or debit card, then authorize the payment.


    Please let us know in your order notes, which option you desire to use!

  • What ID do you accept?

    We accept all valid, non-expired government/state issued IDs such as: state ID, state driver's license, passport, and military photo ID card.

  • Do you ever have any deals?

    We have regular deals, first time member deals, and special occasion deals! Check out our deals page to keep up with all our latest deals. 

  • Do we accept exchanges/returns?

    Should you experience any defect, damage, or problem with your product, please contact us immediately. Product exchanges need to be initiated within 24hrs of the time of purchase and we must be able to collect the item with original packaging to honor the exchange. The majority of the product must still be present. Opened products cannot be returned or exchange unless there is a clear defect/damage. Due to California cannabis consumer laws, we cannot exchange opened flower, however, we are happy to find a suitable resolution in the event you are unhappy.


  • Where are you located?

    Our Sacramento based delivery dispensary services the greater Sacramento area.  Please note, we do not have a physical location available for pickup.
