All deliveries require a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery. No exceptions.

3. Accounts and Orders
To place an order, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, complete information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, non-compliance, or unavailability of products.
4. Delivery Terms
Delivery is only available within approved service areas.
Minimum order amounts and delivery fees may apply.
You must be present at the delivery address with valid ID. If you are not available, the driver may cancel the order, and fees may still apply.
Drivers carry limited change; exact or near-exact cash payment is recommended unless otherwise noted.
5. Payments
Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds or exchanges are handled at our discretion in compliance with California cannabis regulations.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site or our services to:
Violate laws or regulations.
Purchase cannabis on behalf of minors or third parties.
Resell products purchased from us.
Interfere with or disrupt Site operations.
7. Intellectual Property
